Our Vision:
Bring joy, create connections, and make memories – to be the global leader in branded entertainment destinations and the greatest place to work & play.

The Role
Do you have a passion for data and a knack for turning numbers into stories? As our LEGO Models Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the way we design, build and deliver our iconic LEGO models.

Working within Merlin Magic Making – the creative heart of Merlin Entertainments – you’ll analyse and interpret production data to optimise workflows, improve efficiency and unlock insights that help us deliver extraordinary projects worldwide. From forecasting and planning through to cost analysis and reporting, you’ll ensure our LEGO model production is always powered by smart, data-driven decisions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analyse and interpret production data to spot trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations (Power BI, Excel) that bring complex data to life.
  • Track and report on KPIs to monitor performance and support continuous improvement.
  • Provide accurate data to support forecasting, planning and financial tracking.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, Design, Finance, Project Management) to translate insights into action.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across all systems and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience delivering data analysis and reporting in an operational or project environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel (modelling, DAX, Power Query, pivot tables).
  • Experience with SQL or similar query languages for data extraction.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, predictive modelling, or resource planning in production/manufacturing is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, ERP, or project management systems (e.g. NetSuite, Dynamics 365, MS Project) would be beneficial.

Who you are

  • A problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative and curious, with the confidence to work across teams and influence decision-making.
  • Someone who brings positivity, energy, and creativity to their work and enjoys the ride along the way!

What’s in it for you?
Working at Merlin isn’t just a job - it’s an adventure. You’ll get to be part of a global entertainment business that brings joy to millions every year. Alongside a competitive salary and benefits, you’ll enjoy:

  • The chance to shape the production of world-class LEGO models.
  • Opportunities for growth, learning and development.
  • A collaborative, creative environment where your ideas make an impact.
  • A culture built on fun, inclusivity and innovation.
