We’re now looking for a Ticketing & Merchandising Specialist to join our UK Ticket & Merchandising team and help shape the future of how millions of guests experience Merlin attractions.

About the Role

In this dynamic and autonomous role, you’ll play a vital part in managing and optimising Merlin’s ticketing systems (including Accesso) to support the success of our attractions across the region. You’ll collaborate with marketing, trade, operations, and finance teams to ensure ticketing strategies are executed seamlessly and efficiently – driving both sales and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Configuring, testing, and launching new ticketing packages with internal teams and external partners.

  • Ensuring accurate setup and timely updates across all attractions, meeting SLAs and audit standards.

  • Conducting thorough testing and peer reviews before go-live to guarantee quality and consistency.

  • Maintaining best practices in merchandising presentation and ticketing integrations.

  • Supporting audits, providing training, and sharing expertise with internal stakeholders.

  • Contributing to cross-regional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Global Ticketing Team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing ticketing and eCommerce applications, with knowledge of Accesso or similar systems highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable ability to build relationships with vendors, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Merlin’s brands, product offerings, and operational processes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial.

You’ll Also Need To Be…

  • Detail focused, ensuring all data and systems are accurate and meet compliance standards.
  • Proactive in problem-solving: Quickly adapting to challenges and able to develop innovative solutions.
  • An effective communicator, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Aligned with Merlin’s values and culture: We Care, Own Your Craft, Drive & Discover, Go Together, Enjoy the Ride
