Role: Learning and Development Manager – 6 Month FTC

Location: UK-based with flexibility to travel to Attractions and Offices when required

We’re recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager to lead key projects within our Inspiring Leadership Academy. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of digital-first learning solutions that drive performance and leadership excellence globally. This role involves creating innovative, impactful resources, collaborating with regional partners, and ensuring learning is accessible to all. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead global programmes and projects to build critical skills.
• Conduct learning needs analysis with senior stakeholders.
• Design and deliver scalable, digital-first learning experiences.
• Build and enhance the Merlin Learning Universe as a global learning hub.
• Collaborate with global teams and manage key stakeholders.
• Use data and reporting to measure impact, track ROI, and inform decisions.

• Experience working in Learning & Development at Manager level, with expertise across the full learning cycle.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-country learning initiatives.
• Strong facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual environments.
• Experience designing multi-format, digital-first learning solutions.
• Skilled in project management and delivering multiple global projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Commercial and digital acumen, with a focus on creating impactful, scalable solutions.
• Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver engaging, transformative learning experiences.
